| The staff changed jobs already became one kind of social objective phenomenon. Reasonable change jobs not only effects the pool of labor power, but also promotes the staff's individual professional development. Though, according to the famous human resources Consultant firm DDI survey result, the staff of our country change jobs are much big blind, which cause setbacks of career development, moreover, give back to the heavy loss to enterprises.Before this, the human resource domains the research about the staff of change jobs to concentrate the measures of promoting the staff satisfaction to jobs, which reduces the loss to the enterprise. Regarding the staff changing job cost's research blank, this article creates to apply using the switch-economic cost concept in human resource in changing jobs to the staff for the first time. So this paper has conducted the experimental research to the following four aspects: First, definite the concept of the switching cost of changing jobs, classificate the switching cost of changing jobs of the staff in terms of the profits from Burnham and so on ; Second, construct the model of the staff of the cost in changing's jobs and given certain suggestions on the reckoning principle and the reckoning mentality, the cost of changing jobs in reckoning difficulty in view of the staff, proposed that carried on the reckoning with the belt confidence level's Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to it; Third, proposed that the staff changing job cost ratio's concept and other sub-changing job cost ratio, carried on separately to them have defined and give the formula, which lays the good foundation to further study, according to the above research finally, proposed the total formula of the staff switching cost of changing jobs; Fourth, this article aims at three kind of objective existences to change jobs of the conversion cost, namely the procedural switching costs, the financial switching costs and the relational switching costs, proposed the target-oriented staff holds for use the strategy.The research attempts to provide the reference for further study and helps to the enterprise human resource management department and the changing job staff. This article research mainly uses the literature search, investigating and study on the spot, Delphi method, methods analytic hierarchy and so on. The entire research process involves the management science, the psychology, the organization behavior study, statistics, the sociology and many kinds of disciplines. |
