This thesis is a study on the commercialization of Chinese Financal Asset Management Corporation (AMC). AMCs were established to resolve the non-performing assets of national commercial banks under the background of Asianfinancial crisis in 1990s. They were the national financial institutions with responsibility for taking over and disposing of the non-performing assets which were separated from the four national commercial banks. Through the past ten years' experience, AMCs have been going to end the task of disposition and face to select the future directions. At this time commercial revolution became the focused topic about AMC's development and growth, but also, which did a lot of help in operations of Chinese economy. In this paper the necessity, qualification and significance of AMC commercial revolution argues, and constructive plan on how to implement the commercial revolution of AMC is given.
