| Chinese asset management companies (AMC) were established to resolve the non-performing assets of national commercial banks under the background of Asian financial crisis. They were the national financial institutions with responsibility for taking over and disposing of the non-performing assets which were separated from the four national commercial banks. Through the six years' experience, AMC have been going to end the task of disposition and face to select the future directions. At this time commercial revolution became the focused topic about AMC' development and grow, but also, which did a lot of help in operations of Chinese economy. In this paper the necessity, qualification and significance of AMC commercial revolution argues, and constructive plan on how to implement the commercial revolution of AMC is given. Hope to the paper be helpful in the process of Chinese AMC revolution and development. The paper divides five parts.Part one: summarizing the establishment background, operational character and operation production mainly. Firstly, through analyzing the international background situation and the domestic non-performing assets condition, it's showed that the setting up of AMC is pressing and the operation of AMC is government-oriented.
