Besides, in this paper, the operating costs of the project are analyzed from the static, dynamic and uncertainties aspects of the economic evaluation. The evaluation findings and recommendations have also been draw. Evaluation results are: payback period of about 6.93 years (including the construction 2 years); internal tare of return is 17.83%; investment profits tax rate is 17.81%; investment profit rate is 12.75%.
