As a state-owned insurance company, Chinalife Insurance Company Ltd. has already completed the share holding reform, and get listed in the overseas market successfully, and finally became a public insurance corporation which has entered the public of international capital market with very strong Competitiveness, outstanding core business , huge potential and vast development space. The success in capital market brought the entrance ticket to the international market as well as the severe challenges, protecting the interests of the investors, customers and staffs, connecting with the international advanced machanism to make it the top financial insurance Corp. etc.Because of all these challenges, the company must upgrade the management level, broaden the management vision, transform the management faith. In during, agent incentive mechanism is becaming a effective tool and managing mean, and being used by the top dirctors as a strategy plan.Through prudent discussion and broad research, the HR management reform which is emphasized by agent incentive mechanism is mentioned to the company management construction agenda formally.This essay analysed based on the commission-agent theory and the incentive theory, used the HR managment and performance management for refernce, combined the qualitative with quantitative analysis,domestic and foreign comparisons, and unifed the theory with the practice.This essay started with the present situation of the agent mechanism of Chinalife insurance Changde Subsidiary company,analysed the problem in the agent mechanism,proposed the concrete plan to optimize the company incentive environment and build the agent incentive management system, urged the company to promote the quality and the ability of the human resource to ensure the company goal so that the company competitiveness will be enhanced to make it adapt to the variation of domestic and international environment better.Through the incentive analyzing of the agent mechanism of ChinaLife insurance Changde Subsidiary, the author proposed the problems and solutions. This essay has a positive and practical meaning for the effective and sustained development of Changde Subsidiary, and it is alsoa reference for ChinaLife's agent-incentive mechanism.
