| With the competition in the life insurance industry of China become increasingly fierce, if companies want to stand firm and seek greater market share, they must continuously improve their product quality and technical services. The companies whose products and services are closer to customers will argue for greater market share, others will gradually be eliminated.Pingan Insurance Liaoning Branch has developed into the largest company in life insurance market in Northeastern China, and the company is in the stage of rapid development. But there are some common problems of state-owned enterprises in the company, such as:hazy legal orientation of insurance agent, unreasonable draw mechanism of insurance commission, high turnover, bad service in later stage, insurance agents’ low qualities, misguide the customers and so on. These problems make the incentive mechanism of life insurance agent in Pingan Insurance Liaoning Branch unable to meet the needs of long-term development and fit in with the tough market competition.In this paper, aiming at solving Liaoning Branch’s problems, basing on the advanced theoretical results in incentive mechanism of life insurance agent in domestic and international, we designed a plan to optimize the incentive mechanism from four aspects which are compensation benefit system, performance management system, ability development system and corporate culture system. The plan includes some specific measures, such as, introduce fixed income, assess service quality, improve training sessions, cultivate comprehensive corporate culture system and so on. These measures provide some practical advices and paths to optimize the incentive mechanism of life insurance agent.Through the analysis and design of the optimization plan for the company’s incentive mechanism of life insurance agent, we intend to provide some references for Pingan Insurance Liaoning Branch’s reform, and contribute our strength to the company’s long-term, stable and rapid development. |
