Land resources are the most important natural resources, it is not only the production that any material can't substituter it, but also the material conditions that necessary for human survival and development. With the continuous development of social productive forces, land-use type and layout of the structure become complicated. In a certain region, in order to achieve the optimization objectives which are the land use system of ecological, economic and social benefits, study the land use structure optimization, to achieve the sustainable use of land resources, which become an urgent need to address the issue.Land use is the result which is combined effects by human activity and natural environment in some extent, the human activities affect the way of land-use, structure and strength, however, as an important factor in the natural environment, topography not only provides a basis for the the land-use patterns, also which spatial characteristics affected the evolution of the land use. Slope and aspect decided the different sequence and the particularity of configuration patterns of land use, the number of structures, the quantity and quality of the land. Spatial structure of land-use pattern analysis can reveal the heterogeneity of land types and orderly, optimize the allocation of land use, in order to provide scientific guidance to the practice.The paper takes Huajiang ecologically fragile area in Guizhou as an example, under the guidance of the land use structure optimization, in order to achieve the greatest economic benefits in both ecological and social benefits, researching the different types of land use structure and distribution in Huajiang areas by collection, collation and analysis the data. Studying the relationship between the land-use types and the slope with the overlay analysis of DEM and GRID model,Aim at the current land-use problems, focus on the economy, social and ecological benefits from the land-use, optimaling allocation of land resources and designing constraints, to the objective of maximizing economic benefits, the use of linear programming method to calculate the number of various types of land use specific indicators to set the optimization program standards, take the different paths to demonstration area in order to eventually achieve the effect of optimal use of land. The results of research are as follows:(1) The slope impact the land use ways, with the increase in slope, topography, climate conditions are make against to people's lives and production activities in agriculture, the dominant position of plough is lower in the gradient belt, woodland and grass are reverse,which reducing the intensity of land use to some extent. At the same time, there is negative correlation between the slope and the land use, the greater the slope of land the less suitable for human use, but the karst mountainous areas in Guizhou due to its unique geomorphology characteristics,, surface, downs and mountains, showed the co-existence wiht higher levels slope and high land use, there is a certain disharmony between slope and land-use.(2)The build of optimizing pattern of land use shoud from the economic, social and ecological benefits, compared to the status quo of land use structure and optimized structure, which should have the economic rationality and feasibility of the policy, be able to play the important role in the local natural resources and socio-economic resources, achieveing the unify of economic, social and ecological benefits.(3) The paper studied the law of natural and geographical factors in differences regional and vertical differentiation, in the process of building a optimize model of demonstration area, based on the effect estimate to land use in demonstration area, designing scientific operational and suited to local conditions to optimize the land-use patterns.(4) eco-environmental protection, land systems are important conditions in building optimize model of land use in demonstration area.By the advance of economy levels, development of the science and technology, the rationality of land-use will change, which requires re-adjustment, to build a new model. In this sense, the ultimate model of the so-called does not exist.
