In the context of the existing electricity market environment, this paper proposed two measures on how to carry out the supervision and management of power construction project effectively. Firstly, using the methods of mathematical statistics, established mathematical models to calculate the data the quality level of the project should achieve. The calculated data was used to judge whether a particular project reached the quality standards, in order to overcome the disadvantage caused by the quality of the project's supervisors and managers. Secondly, by referring to the west model of the quality supervision and management ,using modern enterprise management theory, in the perspective of system and functions , made the level of supervision and management of power construction project improve .the innovation of this paper introduced fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the level of supervision and management of power construction project .This approach can not only effectively ensure the system of supervision and management normal, but improve the main capabilities of the supervision and management, to make sure that sustainable development of supervision and management. |
