As more and more engineering enterprises became stronger in management capability in China, they had gotten many engineering projects in foreign business by the EPC contract's way. It is an important means for Chinese enterprises to explore overseas market today. Now some star engineering with reliable quality attain international reputation for Chinese enterprises, and contribute to the growth of friendship between countries. The power engineering with EPC contract is one of the EPC projects, this article utilized the relative theories to study on a case of quality management in this kind of project. As the core object of project management, the paper explored its management methods, also analyzed the three essential factors of project management: process, cost, quality and the relations in them, as well as analyzed the important elements that influence the quality: man, machine, material, method, environment. At last, the article proposed the way of quality control in project management.The object of study in this article is power engineering project management, so the methods of quality control also aim to power engineering project.
