Comprehensive Evaluation Of Regional Development Level Of Wind Power

In recent years as the excessive use of conventional energy, the contradiction of supply and demand, the unreasonable structure of the energy in our country, as well as the problems such as environmental pollution are increasingly protruding. Currently, China begins to increase the input for clean new energy and renewable energy gradually. Wind energy is a kind of inexhaustible clean energy, more and more get the attention of various countries, especially in western developed country. In our country, the development of wind power has become an effective way of alleviating the energy shortage as well as restraint of environmental deterioration. This paper aims at evaluating the the regional comprehensive level of the development of wind energy, between the contrast region of our country as well as the gap with foreign advanced level, to absorb experience , therefore, have huge theoretical and practice meaning for the sustainable development of the industry of wind energy in our country.This paper has studied the present situation of the industrialization of wind energy of our country, have elaborated the development process of the industrialization and the development of wind energy in detail, on this foundation have analysed the future and the characteristic of the industry of wind energy, from three aspects, social influence, technical economic level and environmental influence, have established the index system of regional development level of wind energy in detail.According to the characteristicof the industry of wind energy, this paper established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technique, under three aspects, society, technical economy, and environment. In the case study, for comparing the domestic and international industrial development level of wind energy more distinct, the evaluation is carried out from two standards, nation-wide and global. Finally analyzed the evaluation result, determined the critical index, reached conclusion, verified the evaluation system that this paper puts forward, and offered countermeasure and suggestion.
