Currently,the development of wind is the world's fastest growing energy.The growth rate of installed capacity has sustained more than 20% in recent years,while post-project evaluation in power project is an important part of construction cycle management, and it is an important basis to test investment whether it is scientific and rational decision-making or not. As large-scale infrastructure projects, Power engineering construction has significant impact on national economic development, so post-evaluation power construction has important practical significance.In this paper, we use of current theories and methods of post-project evaluation of engineering establish post-evaluation methods and indicators of Long Yuan Wind Power Plant Project. Combined with basic data of Long Yuan Wind Power Plant Project, used post-evaluation classic methods such as without comparison and causal analysis methods, we have comprehensively evaluated and analyzed Long Yuan Wind Power Plant Project. Effectiveness and project implementation process by Case Study of Long Yuan Wind Power Plant Project. Post-evaluation based on individual projects for Long yuan wind construction, uses a successful method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Long Yuan Wind Power Project, a comprehensive assessment results show that the method can better evaluate the degree of realization of project objectives.Finaly, we have analyzed the problem in investment decision-making and production operations, and have made some recommendations .Accordingly, it has not only provide a scientific basis for decision-making of the power plant operation and management, but also proposed decision-making reference for a similar power project investment.
