| After analyzing the performance evaluation of electric power enterprises and lack of a single performance appraisal method,based on key performance indicators,staff performance evaluation methods was established.According to the "key result areas" theory,20%of performance indicators in control of 80 percent completion of the project objectives,the methods use the basic principles of key performance indicators and rough entropy model to get performance appraisal weights,arrange the importance of management to staff on the project performance evaluation purposes.In this paper,a power company in Shandong as the background,key performance indicators that were based on the method of comprehensive evaluation of staff performance were used in the construction of substation project examples,and through the results of analysis shows that the method is reasonable and effective. |
