| The characteristic of power transmission line project is a large investment, a long construction period and technological complexity. Construction of power transmission line project have high hazard. Thus, there is a great practical significance for research risk evaluation about power transmission line project. The basic theory of risk assessment is expanded in this paper. A set of evaluation systems is established. Risk assessment model of analytic hierarchy process and multi-level matter element method is established. The case about Luo Bai 500kV double power transmission line project is analyzed. Its purpose is to verify merit and feasibility about the index system and model, and this chapter provides some risk aversion strategies of this project. |
