Study On Virtual Enterprise Risk Evaluation And Risk Contral Strategy Based On Matter Element

Virtual enterprise had already been widely applied as a kind of new enterprise management. It is being favored by the entrepreneurs because of its flexibility. But it also brings some new risks, these risks could lead to the huge lose to the enterprise. Therefore, it is very important for the realistic significance by analyzing the main influencing factor of Virtual enterprise risk, evaluating the Virtual enterprise risk level and taking some measures to control the existing Virtual enterprise risk.Firstly, in this paper, beginning with basic outline of Virtual enterprise, takes the risk recognition-risk appraisal-risk control as the main line.Secondly, introduced the relevant theories and other related basic theories; analyzed the risk matter-element of virtual enterprise by combing its characteristics. Based on relevant research documents, defined the concept of risk matter-element and the characteristics of risk matter-element.Thirdly, analyzed the risk matter-element and summering the matter-element of virtual enterprise, drew a three-dimensional graph of virtual enterprise. Then established the appraisal index system of virtual enterprise risk on the basis of matter-element characteristics of virtual enterprise. The paper pointed out that not only needs the internal and external control measures of virtual enterprise, but also needs to combine the cooperation relationship between the virtual enterprises fellow.Finally, taking the Harier Group, as the virtual management example, verified the feasible and scientific measure of risk appraisal in this paper.
