Researching Improvement Of Safety Evaluation In Thermal Power Enterprises

By analyzing the current way of safety evaluation in thermal power enterprises, the article found the status and safety problems of it. Analyzed all aspect of safety evaluation, organic combined the follow aspects; they are safety evaluation, the risk analysis, security investigation, to form one thing in"people, machines, materials and environment". Using modern safety management theory, combined with the current trends in the development of enterprises, proposed the improvement program of safety evaluation.This paper use China GuoDian Corporation's safety evaluation system as researching object, proposed the methods of improving safety evaluation in four aspects and four levels, maintained the periodicity and continuity of evaluation, also accomplished evaluation and checking step by step, realized combination of dynamic and normally, in accordance with purpose of safety evaluation, in accordance with actual of safety production in enterprise.
