Research On Safety Production Standardization Construction Project Evaluation Of Thermal Power Generation Enterprises

As an important composition of the power industry and an important stateenergy production enterprise, thermal power generation enterprises’ safetyproduction work not only involves the safety and health of its workers, but alsorelates to the economic and social benefits of thermal power generation enterprises.Thermal power generation enterprises’ standardization in safety production is theorganic synthesis of advanced safety management thought and thermal powergeneration enterprises’ traditional safety management in China, which willcomprehensively raise the level of thermal power enterprises’ safety production, andthereby promotes a further improvement of thermal power generation enterprises’safety production standardization construction. Therefore, unifying Xibaipo PowerPlant’s actual situation, this paper conducts the theory and the example research tothe thermal power generation enterprises’ safety production standardizationconstruction project, which have important theoretical significance and practicalreference.Firstly, based on the studies of relative theory on safety productionstandardization construction and thermal power generation enterprises safetyproduction management, as well as detailed analysis of the status of thermal powerenterprises safety production standardization construction, it put forwards thenecessity of thermal power generation enterprises safety production standardizationconstruction. Secondly, it establishes thermal power generation enterprises safetyproduction standardization construction evaluation index system through theresearch on the relative theory of safety production standardization constructionappraisal index system, and selects the method of determining the weights andcomprehensive evaluation. Lastly, taking Xibaipo Power Plant’s safety productionstandardization construction situation as example, it carries on an comprehensiveevaluation for thermal power generation enterprises safety productionstandardization construction level and makes recommendations for improvement，which proves the rationality and the feasibility of the constructed evaluation model.
