Studies On The Multi-echelon Inventory Control Based On Supply Chain Distribution Network

With the development of economic globalization and technological progress,buyer's market has been formed, and the competition between enterprises has developed into competition between whole supply chains. For this reason, we must do further research about the inventory control.This thesis beginning with the introduction of SCM introduces the complexity of multi-echelon inventory management. Through analyzing traditional multi-echelon inventory management, this paper introduces the SCM network modeling, studies the stock control strategy of a supply chain distribution network, which consists of a core enterprise, i. e. the manufacturer, multilevel distributors and many branches of sales agents. The dissertation puts forward a new conception of elastic order, the elastic order coefficient is determined, hence the stock control strategy of the distribution network of a multilevel supply chain.
