Research On Multi-echelon Supply Inventory Control Method Under Uncertain Demand

The rapid development of the global economy led directly to the competition between the enterprises rapid transition between supply chain and supply chain competition,and inventory control as an important direction of supply chain management,which makes the research of supply chain inventory control has become one of the important research hotspot in recent years.Traditional inventory control pays more attention to the problem of inventory,and often ignores the inventory between upstream and downstream enterprises.Under the circumstance of supply chain management,the use of multi-echelon supply chain inventory control strategy to break the traditional control of their own business cycle,from the overall control of the entire supply chain inventory problems.The main purpose is to reduce the inventory cost of the whole supply chain and enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.This paper combines supply chain uncertainty factors and inventory analysis with stochastic demand and multi-echelon inventory control theory.First,the method of probability theory and exponential smoothing prediction method is used to focus on the non-centralization strategy of supply chain inventory control,and the multi-echelon inventory control model and optimization strategy are constructed.Secondly,it discusses the influence of multi-echelon inventory order lead time and service level on the sensitivity of safety stock.Finally,the paper analyzes the actual situation of multi-echelon inventory control of Y company,and verifies that it has certain applicability.
