Application of the supply chain management improved problems in distribution system is a hotspot of research in recent years. The distribution system is a collection of independent distributor organization to enable product or service can be consumed in effective. Generally speaking, it is the transfer channels or routes that finished products from producers to consumers, and the corresponding sales organization and circulation. Its competitive advantage may be derived from the management, technology, macro-economic environment or other factors. But the focus of this paper is to study how to reduce inventory costs of the whole supply chain by inventory decision and get advantage in competitive.The main purpose of this paper is find a way to get the best replenishment mode for the inventory government in distribution supply chain, which can reduce inventory of the whole supply chain and the inventory can meet market demand at the same time. Expect to the ultimate goal that rational allocation of the enterprise resources and minimum capital get the maximize income in the whole supply chain.At the first, the article studies the modern inventory control mode in supply chain management and constructed a distribution system inventory management model based on the objectives and general operating procedures of CPFR and the actual situation of distribution system. The mode contains Prediction module, planning module and supply modules, analyze the operation of each module and focus on the collaborative forecasting, collaborative replenishment.At the second, the article constructed a three levels of inventory cost model which is based on the distribution system inventory management model and the actual situation of FMCG marketing, to analysis the cost of multi-level inventory. The mode contains the ordering cost, inventory holding costs, shortage cost and transportation costs. At last, solve the model to get the right replenishment strategies which can make the inventory cost of distribution system reach the lowest point. Detailed algorithm is shown by an example.The last part of the article is an instance. Considering the distribution of cigarette products, using a small area of the actual market sales data as a data base, carry out case studies in distribution system, and obtained the proper replenishment decision for each node enterprise ultimately. The effectiveness of the model is proved by the actual situation.
