Comparison Research Of Investment Evaluation Methods Based On BOT Project

China's electric power infrastructure construction has made considerable progress since reform and opening up,which benefited from the successful apply of the BOT project financing model.The BOT project financing model is conducive to play their own unique strengths for the government and private sectors,and supplement each other's advantages through cooperation.In recent years, however,the use of BOT project financing mode in electricity infrastructure for financing has encountered some problems.There are many reasons accounting for this,but the difference of the expectation between government and private sectors is one of the most crucial factors.Therefore, based on the project investment theory and project investment evaluation method,this article systematically introduces and compares the current popular methods of project investment evaluation and uses them to the cases.The article compares the application to analyze the advantages and disadvantages and puts forward ideas which go for the BOT project investment evaluation method.
