Project human resources management is one of the most important issues in project management knowledge system. All the activities of project is completed by the people, How to give full play to people's role, it's most important for the success or failure of the project. Project human resources management is the process of effectively play a role in every project staff. Project human resources management is the effective project to play a role in every project staff, including the process of planning, organization form the project team and project team construction. Human resources management is the key role in the ERP project management, as information system has intelligence intensive, project members complex characteristics.As QC group ERP system implementation project manager, the author take full part in the process of project, deep feelings to human resources management in large information system construction is the important role. Therefore, the paper tries to background of ERP project development and implementation process reviews, and on this basis, combining the theory of human resources, project construction projects in ERP human resources management issues are summarized and analyzed, ERP system implementation project in the process of human resource management model, at the same time, human resource allocation of project construction, project team and project management skills studied, so as to implement ERP system provides business experience and reference.This paper includes six parts. The first part is introduced, the introduction subject research background, research status, research and technical route, research methods and innovation. The second part is the related theory, human resources management theory is introduced and its development, and ERP thoughts and methodology, the famous products, summarized the ERP system construction projects of human resource management and the characteristics of the process. The third part with QC group ERP system implementation project of human resources management as the research object, the project organization, team construction, team management, etc. Based on the practice of the fourth part of QC group case, ERP implementation of the existing in human resource management of the problems and their causes were analyzed. The fifth part of the QC group ERP system implementation projects in the management of human resources, from the external environment, human resources management consciousness, cultural construction, team training system in such aspects as ERP system implementation project construction of human resources management strategy.
