Project Team Of Human Resource Management Reserch Of A Company

The management models of project team are increasingly common with the development of the real estate industry. Among them, the human-resource management model, which effects the project implementation directly, is considered to play a more and more important role. Therefore, it is significant to explore the effect of human-resource management model in real estate project team.We present the problems of human-resource management model by empirically analyzing the real situation in company A based on the theoretical arguments at home and aboard. One scientific management system is shown here according to the planning organization of members, the development of the ability, the system of performance review and the system of the motivation in the project team. The suggestion for improving the human-resource management model in Dezhou project team of company A is also shown in this article.This article is expected to give an up-to-date method for modification of the human-resource management model in company A and all the similar companies.
