Application Of Project Management Theory In Scientific Project Management Of M Electric Research Institution

Project management is one of the main embranchment of management science, thus it has been rapidly popularized among academic field and professional field. Project management has integrated a number of knowledge, skills, facilities and methods, so enable to provide proper plan, organization, correspond and control to the project, then achieve the finial project result. Project management is the effective method to do works under critical conditions, such as complex environment, dynamic market, drastic competition and massive works.The main task of non-state owned scientific research institute is to do scientific research, development and application.
