In the context of china`s on-going power sector reform and the adjustment of national energy strategy,the electric power industry has achieved great leap-forward development.Power engineering,especially the construction of UHV transmission lines and distribution network will accelerate development,therefore,carrying out the research on the cost-effectiveness of transmission line project is the need of the development of the country,and it is also the inevitable way to promote the quality of the power project.the traditional concept of cost-effective management model,which has been unable to meet the modern power engineering cost-effectiveness management requirements,at the present stage,the cost-effectiveness management model of power project must be considered from the whole project life cycle,focusing on the analysis of all cost components and the study of control strategy in each stage of project decision-making,design,construction,operation and maintenance.Based on the previous studies,this paper applies the life cycle theory to the cost-effectiveness management of the transmission line project.Taking the The Ximeng ~ Taizhou 800 KV transmission project in the southern section of Hebei project as an example and the following research work has been carried out.At the same time,in order to carry on LCC calculation and analysis,the total life-cycle cost model of power transmission line is built,and also obtained the cost structure of LCC of the south part of Hebei-Taizhou 800 KV transmission project.Through the comprehensive sensitivity analysis of all the cost factors,finally,this paper puts forward the LCC control strategy of the transmission project in the south of Hebei province.Which included project planning and design phase,project construction phase,project operation and maintenance phase,project decommissioning phase.Then made a comprehensive sensitivity analysis of each cost item.According to the cost structure of LCC and the sensitivity analysis,the paper puts forward the cost-effectiveness control strategy of the transmission project in the south of Hebei province.Which included project planning and design phase,project construction phase,project operation and maintenance phase,project decommissioning phase.
