| The domestic and international economic situation has been changed a lot since the 1990s, providing new challenges and opportunities have not only been provided to our Chinese enterprises. There have also promoted the unprecedented development of transnational management.First of all, economic globalization provides new challenges and opportunities. Economic globalization has hastened the process of harmonization with the international economy, This has produced far-reaching influences on transnational management of Chinese enterprises. Tremendous capital, advanced technique and employment opportunities in China have benefited from globalization, but we still have the following problems.1. The outflow of talent is serious. Some Chinese enterprises do not have enough ability to retain talent in their organizations.2. National industry is deeply influenced by the market, and many national businesses have to face the survival dilemma—some even have to withdraw from the market.3. Transnational management deviates from the guidance of industrial structure and regional investment.Secondly, opening to the outside world is the principle policy of China in which we must persist.
