Study Of The Transnational Operations Of Chinese Enterprises

Transnational Corporation is the consequence of the development of science, technology and social productivity as well as the outcome of the concentration of production and capital, it is the result of economic globalization and the new type of enterprises of contemporary economy and technology cooperation. At present, transnational corporations have already reached every corner and every field of the world. We can say that transnational corporation has become the leading actor of the present international economy relationship. In 21 century, transnational corporation will step into an admirable period, it will play a very important role in one country's economy development and decide its position in the international economy relationship. So it is really important for us to find a way about how to found our own transnational corporations which is not only fit for the ubiquitous rules but also work in China.This paper has five parts. It analyses Chinese corporation how to develop transnational business through the strategy significance, the actuality, the required condition, the concept and the tactic of Chinese corporation's transnational management. It puts more attention in the tactics which we can choose in our transnational practice, and also gets the author's own opinion.
