| Because of the increase of global aging ,old-age security system sets off a wave of reform .It not only to protect the lives of individuals ,but also related to the development of social stability .As a country with a large population ,China is already a high degree of aging of the country ,which requires a large pension fund to deal with this situation .The collection ,the investment and operation, the inflation-proofing and appreciation and the payment of these funds all need a reasonable supervision to ensure their normal operation ,so the regulation of pension funds has become the top priority in the reform of the system.This paper divided into four parts .First of all ,the theoretical basis and necessity of this subject are introduced ,and the contact between the supervision theory and the subject is analyzed .At the same time ,through the view of realistic life ,psychology and economics ,the necessity of the Supervision is re-examined .Secondly ,the paper discusses the actual status of the supervision policy of Chinese pension funds ,and explicitly points out to strengthen the supervision of Chinese pension funds urgently .The main problems about the the supervision of Chinese pension funds are analyzed after the reforms of old-age security system are reviewed .Then , through the comparative analysis of the supervision system of other countries ,the advantage and disadvantage of the supervision models are summed up .And the development of the fusion of the different supervision systems is conceived .Finally ,this paper summarizes the contents of the previous parts .Combining of Chinese own actual conditions ,it not only institutes the principles and the content that the supervision of pension funds should follow and supervise ,but also has some solutions to deal with the present problem of Supervision of Chinese Pension Funds .The solutions include changing the old supervision pattern ,improving the supervision of investment and accelerating the legislative process. |
