China's Pension Fund Regulatory System Research

The superannuation fund is the essential part of pension fund, which is very important for the performance of social insurance system. In current, in the supervision of the superannuation fund the problems are legal system, management system and supervision system still have many defects. It is too much interference from local government and the defects of management system independent of supervision organization. The supervision of the investment system is lack. There is no mid and long predict system. These problems lead the superannuation fund to be used illegally. The stability of the social and the development of the economy are both affected heavily. Thus, the old-age insurance fund monitoring study has important theoretical and practical significance.This article makes good use of the successful experience of the America and Germany on the supervision of the superannuation and analyse the situation and defects of the supervision of the superannuation in China. To the high risk of the legal system and the supervision system in Chinese superannuation supervison, I build a theoretical system which is fit for the situation in China.
