The Issue Of The Women's Employment In The Middle And Lower Classes And Analysis Of Countermeasures

Women's group has long been the most vulnerable one in China's employment process, with the development of Reform and Opening-up,China's economy has made a great progress,and it has provided many opportunities for the development of women's employment in China.But the global economic crisis which followed by U.S.sub-loan crisis has influenced all walks of life in our country.As well as the increasingly competitive market competition and the competition for talent also posed a severe challenge for women's employment in China.In this paper,women's group will be further divided which was based on national conditions,we will view women's group in the middle and lower classes as the main research subject,and study their employment status,problems and impact factors.We will try to resolve their employment issues with the feasibility of ideas and measures theoretically.In addition to the introduction of this article,there are four parts as following:Firstly,through analyzing the theory of women's employment at home and abroad,we will have a general understanding about the development of the current theories of women's employment.At the same time,through the analysis of the development of women's employment in Western countries,we could learn and obtain the inspirations to develop women's employment in our country.Secondly,we will give the definition and the characteristics of women's group in the middle and lower classes in our country,and then we will analyze their employment status, in order to provide a basis for further research.Thirdly,through analyzing the influencing factors of thc employment of women's group in the middle and lower classes in our country,we will provide a basis for resolving their employment issues.Finally,according to the factors which affect the employment of women's group in the middle and lower classes in our country,we will propose some suggestions and measures in order to resolve the employment issues of the women's group in the middle and lower classes,including the legal system,employment service system and so on.
