Study On The Competitiveness Of Automobile Industrial Cluster In Jilin Province

The global economy is imperative today; marketing competition has evolved from industry development strategy to industrial cluster strategy. Through cooperative work the competitive advantages of industrial clusters are widely recognized and have become initiatives for one region to be involved in globalmarket competition. The development process of industrial clusters has successes and failures; however, its development is influenced through the internal synergy known as competence. This paper studies on jilin province automobile industry cluster competence mainly through the combination of basic theories ofindustry cluster and competence. Through analyzing concretely international and domesticcurrent situations of automobile industry cluster together with the dynamic backgrounds ofinternational and domestic automobile industry, this paper makes a general estimate ofjilin province automobile industry cluster competence. At the end of this paper, a generalestimate pattern of jilin province automobile industry cluster competence is constructed to provide a new way of thinking for jilin province automobile industry cluster's generalcompetence.The first and the second part hackles the essential connotation of industry cluster and competence,analyses synoptically the features and advantages of industry cluster, and the currentcompetence estimate situations of world famous industry clusters, and sets forth therelationship and functional mechanism of industry cluster and competence which is the major the oretical gist.The third part mainly analyses competence jilin province automobile industry clustercompetence. Meanwhile, it briefly discusses and analyses the current situations ofinternational and domestic automobile industry cluster development and competence; and bymaking the use of the competence analyzing pattern of Baudot, it analyses the fourcompetence factors of cluster and the general competence advantages with a general estimate.The last part put forward the essential policies and measures to promote the competence of jilin province automobile industry cluster, steering and promoting the optimizing and upgrading of the structure of jilin province automobile industry.
