Research On Housing Welfare Of Changchun With Low Income Group

Housing is a basic human right; it concerns the well-being of the citizens. The Housingwelfare system is the necessary supplementary of house-distribution system under the marketeconomy and the important component of social security. At present, the basic housingdemandof large amount of low-income citizens in cites are difficult to be fulfilled throughmarket because they are unable to participate in marketable housing business, so the housingproblem of low-income families in cities are increasingly extruding along with thedevelopment of housing-market.The economical affordable house system and low-rent house system are two main formsour housing welfare system for low-income citizens in cites. The low-rent house system isprovide house security for those lowest families, who neither purchase nor affordcommercial houses. The economical affordable house system is for those families who hasability to afford house excluding commercial houses. Due to our housing welfare system justcommences and there was deflection during implementation, the low-income families canenjoy limited housing welfare. So the research of our nation's housing welfare system for lowincomecitizens has important theory and realistic meanings. The thought train of thisarticle is as follows:On the one hand, through the massive literature research, and the housing welfaresystem for low-income citizens in cites of western nations (the US, South Korea, andSingapore ), give some proposals to current established housing welfare system for lowincomecitizens in cities. At the same time, examined housing welfare system of Tianjin,Chengdu and Shenyang, and according these analyzed our country's housing welfare systemcharacteristic.On the other hand, in this paper we do some research about the difficulties of Changchunlow- income families in purchasing houses. Through some statistical data about Changchunlow- income families, discussed the question which exists in Changchun housing welfaresystem, and puts forward the corresponding proposal.
