With the developments of the human resource management theory and practice, the people-oriented concept is generally accepted.Not only the Industrial and commercial enterprises,but also the governmental organizations pay more attention to human resource management.Career management is one of the basic and important functions of the modern human resource management,which was introduced into China for not a long time. Adapt to the trend of the modern human resource management,more and more interest is paid on the career management of Chinese governmental organizations. This thesis intend to analyzes the career management of Chinese Customs,find out how things going on,and then learn from the experience of the government of western countries such as American and Germany,try to establish the system of career management for Chinese Customs organization.There are three parts in this thesis thus introduction,text and inclusion.The text is made of four chapters.Chapter one introduce the meaning and the function of the career management.Chapter two is about the situation about career management of Chinese Customs organization,its distinguishing feature and its problems.Chapter three summary the experiences of western countries.Chapter four puts forwards suggestions of how to push the career program by referring to the abroad governmental organization career management experience and the relative theoretical knowledge of career management.
