With the fast development of the industry and citilization, rural tourism has in China has been founded everywhere in rencently years, and at the same time the competition of the rural tourism desitination become more dramaticly . With the development of our country tourism, it has raised the demand to the managemnet and operation of the rural tourism.But it has the problem of the same product, the lack of the brand awakeness, the uncertain implementation of the brand marketing, the mess of the market completition and the bad brand market concept. Brand marketing has a great important role in the rural tourism, and it is vital important for brand marketing in rural tourism.Analyze Shanghai rural tourism barand marketing by reading many documents information and the experience of the other products. For analysing the paper more definitly, Qian wei country and French have been applied to get some experiences. The total content is as follows:The first chart is the basic concept ,such as barand, brand marketing and rural tourism,and at the same time it introduce the theory, which introduce the new development of home and abroad.The second chart analyze the development of Shanghai rural tourism and its problem of barand marketing.The third chart is the stragetic skeletch of the brand marketing, which dicuss detailed the problem of every step of the rural tourism. It emphasize the position , subdivision market of the rural tourism brand, the design of the rural tourism product, the way of spread and the brand management of the rural tourism management.The fourth part is the problem and constrain factors of Shanghai rural tourism brand marketing.The fifth part is the suggertion of the position, objective market analuse, spread and management of Shanghai rural tourism by using the relative theory and the other industry's experience.
