A Research On The Relationship Between Financial Structure And Industrial Structure In Gansu Province

Financial structure is the superstructure of a modern financial system, many studies have shown that the financial structure has the contribution to the role of economic growth. In that case, whether there is mutual function between the financial structure and the industrial structure, through which mechanism the financial structure influences the role of the industrial structure and its size is the focus of this paper.This paper, based on the systematical research on the according theory of financial structure, respectively, discussed the general rules and trends of the development of financial structure and industrial structure, and demonstrated the relationship between financial structure and industrial structure by adopting of the preliminary model, that is, the adjustment of financial structure is able to influence the upgrading of the industrial structure. Then describe and summarize the status quo and problems of financial structure and industrial structure of Gansu Province, and use Granger causality test to prove the conclusion of theoretical model that the adjustment of financial structure of Gansu Province is able to influence the upgrading of the industrial structure. Then use the cointegration test and vector error correction model (ECM) to analysis the specific contributions of financial structure on the upgrading of industrial structure of Gansu Province.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, regarding the direction of industrial restructuring in Gansu Province as the guide, evaluate the financial structure of Gansu Province reasonably, and recommendate some relating policy by optimizing the financial structure of Gansu Province to promote upgrading the industrial structure.
