Research On The Path Of Economic Integration Between Lanzhou And Baiyin

Economic globalization and regional economic integration is the tendency of the world economic development. Lanzhou and Baiyin are located in the central of Gansu province, adjacent to each other and have deep history. They are the most developed and sub-developed areas of Gansu, have a solid foundation of the development of economic integration. Accelerating to push on economic integration between Lanzhou and Baiyin, building a strong growth pole of Gansu Province, is a new idea of revitalizing the old industrial base in Lanzhou, transforming the resource-based city in Baiyin and achieving leapfrogging development across Gansu province.In the basis of putting forward the theoretical foundation of economic integration between Lanzhou and Baiyin, the paper sums up domestic practice of regional economic integration, probe its path of economic integration combined with the actual situation of economic development in Lanzhou and Baiyin.
