The Research On Ecological Design Of Industrial Parks

With the industrialization and fast economic growth, the environmental problem becomes more and more serious, the resource crisis becomes more and more obvious, and the ecological safety becomes graver. In order to fulfill the syncro-maximization of economic and environmental efficiency, and the social sustainable development, people puts forward the theory of circulation economy. The development of circulation economy can promote the coordinated development of environment and economy, and is the stable access to fulfill the transition from the industrial stage to eco-economic stage. As the important and ideal carrier of realizing circulation economy, at present the industrial park is the best binding spot of industrial development and circulation economy and compulsory desire of fulfilling economical development and environmental protection.Based on the theories of circulation economics, the three-dimension in one on ecological design of industrial park as well as systematic engineering in this study, from the point of the current conditions of ecological development of industrial park, the thesis puts forward the principles, methods and elements of ecological design of industrial parks on the basis of drawing the successful experience of ecological design of industrial park, Taking the airport circulation economic industrial park in Lanzhou for example, from the point of natural economy and social background, the thesis verifies the scientificity and ration ality of choosing the site. In terms of spatial layout and industrial positioning, the thesis makes a overall presumption of ecological design of parks and establishes the leading industries of industrial park, such as modern logistics, bio-medicine, machinery manufacturing, and car production, electronic information and new materials, fine chemicals, special agricultural products processing and so on. Besides, it establishes industrial ecological communities made up of core enterprises and their related subsidiary enterprises. According to the design of eco-industrial system of park, landscape ecosystem and supporting system, it promotes the ecological development of park. Besides, it also demonstrates direction for forming the ecological industrial park of the real coordinated development of economic efficiency, ecological efficiency and social efficiency.For the lack of relevant data, The Shortcomings of this study is that the system of evaluation index to design the eco-industrial park has not been explored. In addition, the standard theoretical system of designing the eco-industrial park has not yet formed. So we need to make the ongoing efforts in the future.
