It has short of own fund and has to collect more bank financing to maintain the production.(2) Price conflict still been sharp.(3) Framework for power supply and using faced maladjustment.(4) New threat from VIP clients' direct bargaining and substitute recourse.(5) Power supply sources and grid distribution didn't been reasonable yet.
