Research On The Current Financial Situation And The Strategy Of The Maturity Of Finance In XinJiang Province

This thesis researches on the growth of finance in XinJiang province. The studying order of this thesis is from the deduction of general theories to the analysis of concrete condition. The author describes the finance development and financial ecological environment in XinJiang with more all-round, systematic visual angle, which is combining with regional economic theory , the finance , economic geography , in order to giving more practical suggestions.Based on the previous theories related to the growth of finance at home and abroad , the author makes clear the concepts of finance, finance increase, finance development and the growth of finance. The research on the growth of finance mainly focuses on the format , the stage , the character and the judging system of the growth of finance. In the thesis,the growth of finance is the course that the scope of finance system keeps on expanding and its structure keeps on improving during the movement. Judging by the proportion of finance outputs value to GDP and finance resource gross, we can comprehend the general situation of the finance in XinJiang . Then judging by the quantitative quotas such as FIR, the assets and organization quantities of the banks, the securities and the insurance industry, and by the qualitative ones such as the structure of organization, market, business and spaces of finance, we can see the quantitative and qualitative growth in XinJiang. It can be determined that the growth of finance in XinJing is detained in the quantitative range.Then the article analyses the factors that affect the growth of finance in XinJiang province from different aspects such as the relative economy, regional conditions, political environment, the quality and structure of population, the regional culture, finance system and so on. So in the end, the author suggests the way to accelerate the growth of finance in XinJiang from three aspects, which are optimizing the finance ecological environment, improving finance organization system, harmonizing finance space structure.
