Research On Innovation System And Factors Influencing Tourism Cluster Innovation

Since 1990s, research on the theory of industrial cluster has become more and more popular .Entering the 21st century, many scholars began to introduce industrial cluster theory to the tourism industry to study the phenomenon of aggregation, they greatly enriched theories on tourism. Research on innovation of the tourism industry is also very little, based on the two points, this paper did some research on the factors influencing the innovation of tourism cluster.Based on the theory of industrial clusters, combined with relevant innovation theory, this paper built the tourism industry cluster innovation system, it includes innovation, innovation plans, innovation mechanisms and supervisors, and do detailed analysis on innovation mechanism; based on detailed analysis on the innovation mechanisms, combined with GEM model, this paper analyzed the factors influencing on tourism cluster from three aspects; based on the above analysis, this paper make recommendations about how to optimize the tourism industry, we should adhere to the following principals, such as: government-led, corporate principal ,industry management, social collaboration. Finally, this paper took Burqin County as an example, combined with survey in Burqin County, analyzed the factors influencing tourism cluster, and made recommendations about how to improve it .
