Research On Influencing Factors Of Innovation Behavior Of Industrial Cluster Based On SD

The national innovation-driven strategy provides a driving force for the regional economy.Enterprise innovation is the supporting strategy for improving the level of urban industrial development and innovation,and must be placed at the core of the overall development.This paper adopts the theories and methods of industrial cluster theory,behavioral ecology,system dynamics(SD),etc.,and systematically studies the influencing factors of corporate innovation behavior in resource-based industrial clusters,and provides assistance for implementing innovation-driven strategies in Panzhihua City.The research results are as follows:(1)Through sorting out the literature on the innovation behaviors of industrial clusters,the relevant factors affecting the innovation behaviors of enterprises are refined,the weights are determined using the analytic hierarchy process,and the shared knowledge,cluster stability,and government investment in science and technology are selected as corporate innovation behaviors.Key variables for the construction of influencing factor analysis models.(2)Established a system dynamics model.Based on the purpose of modeling the innovation behavior of industrial cluster companies and the selected key variables,the system boundary was determined,and the system dynamics was used to analyze the internal relationship of the system.The causality diagram and flow diagram of the influencing factors of the industrial cluster enterprise innovation behavior were drawn and implemented.Simulation.(3)Combining with the actual situation in Panzhihua City and the model simulation results,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of resource-based industries,knowledge sharing organizations,development of cluster companies,and governance of the government's innovation environment,which will help formulate corporate innovation policies and foster urban industrial cluster innovation capabilities.Provide theoretical basis.The results of this paper can provide new ideas and help for the development of industrial clusters in Panzhihua City and the governance of urban innovation environment.At the same time,it also enriches the theory of corporate innovation behavior,and has certain theoretical value and high application value.
