Environmental Protection Policies On The Impact Of China's Industrial Structure Adjustment

At present, China has entered an "Eleventh Five-Year" period, in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development, China's economic development at the same time in order to achieve human social, economic as well as the harmonious development of the environment. Therefore, the economic development is not only our goal, but also concerned about changes in the environment which impacting people's lives. The industrial is an important link between structure of economic activities and the environment. Industrial restructuring and optimization as one of the sources is promoting economic development; At the same time, an inevitable requirement for environmental protection of the existing industrial structure adjustment.Firstly,this paper expounded the meaning of industrial structure theories; then constructed index system of evaluation, based on the industry to quantify the size of ERS and measure pollution-intensive industries, as well as the classification of environmental protection and industrial restructuring carried out in-depth study of great significance; Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the industry structure.
