Research On The Construction Of Automobile Accessory Industry Technology Innovation System In Jilin Province

Under the definition of the concepts the related to automobile accessory industry and technology innovation system,this article based on the theory of technological innovation, industrial organization and new economic system,from the region study of Jilin Province to inspects the automobile industry and technology innovation system situation simultaneously, establish the evaluation system on effectiveness of auto supporting industry in Jilin Province, using DEA networks analysis system to take quantitative analysis,to assess the automotive industry supporting technological innovation system.From available problems,supported from the references experience of the technical innovation system of domestic and foreign automotive industry,auto industry in Jilin Province technical innovation system support for auto industry in Jilin Province technical innovation system has made an idea on the building of 47 national,provincial and city technology centers on three levels,one public technological innovation Platform,two specialized R&D agencies on providing intellectual and technical support and 5 running protective frames.At last,proposed the main countermeasures of build a new system.
