Evaluation And Management In Core Competence Of Dahua Power Generation Company

In the environment of electric market reformation process and constantly changes of the state's macroeconomics,to evaluate the core competence of the enterprise; implement overall and effective management of core competence,so that to maintain long-term competitive advantage in the competitive environment,has become an important issue all power generation companies(Gencos) need to settle urgently.In this paper,the Core Competence theory system and the specificities of Gencos' are firstly studied.Then,an evaluation index system and an evaluation model are constructed.On top of that,this article also proposes a dynamic management system of enterprise's core competence.On the basis of theoretical study,this paper does positive research with Dahua Genco as research target.In allusion to the conclusions of core competences evaluation and analysis of Dahua,this paper finally proposed several management measures that Dahua Genco would improve its core competences on the next phase of the development.
