Research On Core Competence Of Independent Power Generation Enterprise

With economic globalization and the attendant competition intensifies,the enterprise's traditional competitive advantage is disappearing.The "core competitiveness" becomes the hotspot of the management academic and economic circles.Domestic and foreign scholars conducted extensive research on the core competitiveness of enterprises and have achieved certain results.The so-called core competitiveness is the internal ability owned by the enterprise that different from the other enterprises.Although in other specific sectors,the study of core competitiveness of enterprises got a certain results,but it is basically blank in power enterprise.This paper starts with the core competitiveness of the enterprise,sets up Evaluation indexes System and Evaluation Model of China's independent power generation enterprise's core competitiveness;And presents training and develop mode of the power generation enterprise's core competitiveness.
