With the development of social economy,our state-owned enterprise has been confronting unpredicted opportunities and challenge.The growing of state-owned enterprise has influenced the development of national economy directly.The staff turnover is low and their enthusiasm is relatively low in state-owned enterprise,therefore the staff incentive is of vital importance.The middle-level manager is the key facter.That how to keep the enthusiasm of them with effective incentive manner is very important.Accordingly,this paper based on the particular literature search of the state-owned enterprises and anatomize the internal and external environment.Then the paper summarizes the current problem occurred in the compensation management in such enterprises and put forward the necessarily to optimize the compensation system.According to the analysis of these problems and the need for this,the paper proposes the compensation system:"bussiness salary,position salary,performance salary,the special allowance for the coworkers and other forms of salary",Therby,to solve the problem which is about the contradiction of the internal equity and the external competition of the compensation for the coworkers in the state-owned enterprise,and this will provide a favorable management condition to attract and retain the excellent core manager for these enterprises. |
