In this paper,first it makes a thorough research and analysis on the concept, contents,different phrases and operational procedures of international project bidding; and it points out the difficulties international bidders might encounter in decision making and strategies to be applied in offering a tender.Following the basic knowledge set forth previously,a discussion and study on pre-bidding work is detailed.Then the paper works through the decision-making method in international project bidding,including the items that need to make a decision of in order to make the next move and the procedures of decision-making.Then quantitative analysis for decision making are proposed which includes scoring method and decision tree method to assist people in making bidding decisions.Also,this paper made a study on basic tactics for international project bidding and works out some practical bidding tactics such as application of tactic of Local registration,Joint-venture,Best timing and Public relation,etc.Finally,the paper concentrates on strategies and tactics applied particularly in pricing tenders and feasible tactics and skills are drew and given. |
