Research On Bid Decision Of International Project

As the primary operative activity, the tendering and bidding is an activity of consequence. It has important position in the management of the whole enterprise. With the flourishing development of our country's foreign international project and joining WTO, while bringing more developing opportunities to project contract companies of our country, the competition is growing more and more intense too. So it has important realistic meanings for improving bidding level of project contract company, and even whole country development of building trade that How to correct the deficiency often tendering and bidding at present of project Contract Company, to put forward a set of feasible decision schemes, to make it not only winning a bid but also reduce the risk, to obtain the greatest benefit.This article divided the bidding process into three successive steps which are "Bidding Decision'\ "Pricing Decision" and "Strategies and skills of bidding", a research on the methods of decision for international construction projects from the viewpoint of contractors is carried out.The goal of "Bidding Decision" is to decide whether to bid and which to bid, this thesis firstly establish choosing project decision index system, and analysis the method of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), pointing to the two difference situations in the process of contractors' choosing project, based on which a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a model based on grey connection analysis are established.The goal of "Pricing Decision" is to offer a competitive mark-up, this thesis discussed the steps of tendering of international engineering. Through the analyses of project cost and gain and loss analysis, studying the bidding quotation. Based on which this thesis presents probability model based on the statistics theory, for the random of pricing.The goal of "Strategies and skills of bidding" is to increase the rate of bid and raise the contract profit, this thesis analysis strategies and skills of bidding;among which there is a comprehensive analysis for the unbalanced bidding.It is provided with the inspiration and benefit to enterprise through the argumentation and study of above questions.
