The history of bidding system is more than 200 years.The bidding system of our country has developed rapidly since 1900's.Many biddings give the whole attention to the program and neglect the details and the soul,that makes the biddings so superficial that always fail to achieve the impact of the biddings.This article's aim is to discuss the actuality,the problems,the basic conceptions and the applicability of the bidding;to introduce the common bidding models,especially AHP.This method is applied to analyze the bidding of steam turbine in electric power,and to ascertain the ultimate winner by evaluating the technique,the price and the commerce.This article also points out the deficiency of the AHP;expects the future of electric power bidding and presents that the specialization is needed.
