Research On Model Of Urban Infrastructure Project Financing

With the urbanization of high-speed and sustained economic development,our urban infrastructure can not meet the increasing need for the development of urbanization,which has become a major "bottleneck" of economic development.So,we must gain more funds to solve the problem of the infrastructure shortage.But,the finite capitals can't adapt the huge demand for infrastructure construction.We learn from developed countries' experience of urban construction,it is the most appropriate infrastructure financing model in the world that project finance franchise,which has been an increasing number of applications,especially in the developing countries.In the paper,we first analyzes China's urban infrastructure financing of the status quo;Second,it systemic introduced and summarized the overseas and domestic's urban infrastructure financing models,theoretical research results,practical experience,and the mainstream trend;then choose the case of urban infrastructure financing,on the based of the empirical research,it proposed the feasible choices under our country current conditions.
