Logistic plays an important role in national economy. Distribution is very important among each part of logistic. The distribution plan takes great effect on speed, efficiency, cost of logistics. A reasonable distribution plan is an important operation in logistic distribution. This dissertation discussed surrounding the vehicle scheduling and first introduced the concept of the vehicle scheduling problem (VSP), analyzed the complexity of a practical problem which called CP_VSP.To the working hours of vehicle as a breakthrough point, this dissertation introduced several parameter which the Vehicle Scheduling System depended on. They are independent of specific algorithm, estimated by the operator's experience, and not accurate. They take great effect on the CP_VSP. How to get accurate parameter becomes a serious problem. Getting accuracy parameter from GPS data relied on GPS data mining was proposed as a solution to the problem in order to enhance the effect of CP_VSP and establish the driver performance evaluation system. This dissertation discussed the following topics:1 This dissertation first introduced the design and implementation of GPS receiving program which is used to get mass GPS data of vehicle.2 Then, this dissertation discussted some details of GPS processing, highlighted the following algorithms or methods which the GPS data analysis system was depended on: the method of irregular data removing, the algorithm of catch and match of vehicle stopping points and the method of vehicle mileage statistics.3 Finally, this dissertation focused on how to get accuracy parameter of CP_VSP from the data based on the above algorithms through the establishment of a variety of mathematical models. A large number of detailed data was used to scientific proof of the results relied on this method which can enhance the effect of CP_VSP.
